J&V Foundation

About J&V Foundation

J&V Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization based in Nsambya, Kampala, dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs) and vulnerable communities through skills training, advocacy, mental health support, and inclusive economic development. Founded with a passionate commitment to breaking barriers and promoting equality, the Foundation works to create opportunities where youth, women, and men with disabilities can thrive, earn a living, and live with dignity.

We believe that disability is not inability—and that every individual, when supported with the right tools, skills, and environment, can contribute meaningfully to society. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, psychosocial support, community engagement, and policy advocacy, J&V Foundation is transforming lives and shaping a more inclusive Uganda.

Working closely with families, communities, government institutions, and development partners, we champion inclusion, challenge stigma, and build pathways to sustainable livelihoods for marginalized groups. Our programs are designed to uplift, equip, and inspire, ensuring that no one is left behind.
