What We Do / Focus Areas
Vocational & Technical Skills Training
We provide hands-on training in cosmetology, tailoring, ICT, therapeutic techniques, carpentry, crafts, and other marketable skills tailored to the abilities and aspirations of youth, men, and women with disabilities. Our training programs are designed to enhance employability, promote self-reliance, and equip beneficiaries with practical tools for success.
Entrepreneurship & Business Development
To foster long-term economic independence, we support beneficiaries to start and grow their own enterprises. Through business mentorship, financial literacy training, and access to microfinance opportunities, we help individuals turn skills into sustainable income-generating ventures.
Advocacy & Awareness for Inclusion
We champion the rights of persons with disabilities by raising awareness, influencing policies, and promoting inclusive practices within communities, institutions, and workplaces. Our advocacy initiatives aim to eliminate stigma, break barriers, and ensure equal access to opportunities.
Livelihood & Start-Up Support
To support smooth transition from training to income generation, we provide start-up kits, tools, and market linkages that enable beneficiaries to launch their businesses confidently. Continued mentorship ensures long-term success and resilience.
Psychosocial Support & Mental Health Awareness
We offer counselling, emotional support, and community sensitization programs to improve mental well-being. Our approach ensures that persons with disabilities and their families feel supported, valued, and included in all aspects of community life.
Community Engagement & Inclusive Development
We work closely with local leaders, families, and communities to foster environments that support and celebrate persons with disabilities. Through dialogues, outreach programs, peer groups, and community mobilization, we build a society that embraces inclusion.
Partnerships & Collaboration
We collaborate with government institutions, NGOs, private sector players, and disability networks to expand opportunity pathways, enhance program quality, and create sustainable impact. Together, we amplify voices and deliver stronger, more inclusive solutions.
